In short
Bridge keeps only what it needs to carry your words to your agents and their answers back to you. Your audio never leaves your iPhone through Bridge. Bridge has no analytics, no ads and no tracking, and never sells or shares your data for advertising. You can delete your account, and everything stored for it, in the app at any time.
Who this policy covers
This policy covers the Bridge iPhone app, Bridge Cloud (the service your agents run on), the Bridge connector for Claude, and this website. They are provided by the developer of Bridge ("Bridge", "we", "us").
Your Bridge account
You create a Bridge account with Sign in with Apple. Bridge Cloud receives only Apple's identifier for you, which is unique to Bridge, and uses it to keep your data apart from everyone else's. Bridge does not ask Apple for your email address. If you share your first name, the app keeps it on your iPhone to show you're signed in; it is not sent to Bridge Cloud.
Your voice
Bridge turns speech into text using Apple's speech recognition. Where your iPhone supports on-device recognition for your language, audio never leaves the iPhone. Otherwise Apple's servers recognise it, under Apple's privacy policy. Bridge itself never sends or stores your audio.
What Bridge Cloud stores, and for how long
- Tasks you send. The text of a task is held while Bridge reads it back and waits for you to say "send it". It is removed when you send or cancel it, and a task left unconfirmed for 10 minutes is dropped the next time you talk to Bridge; otherwise it stays until then or until you delete your account.
- Your agents' messages. What your agents say to you is kept in your inbox for 7 days, so you hear it even if you weren't listening when it arrived, then expires and is deleted automatically, usually within a day or two.
- Push tokens. To let agents call you or send a notification, the app registers your iPhone's push tokens, whether a headset is connected, and whether you allow calls. They are replaced whenever they change and removed when you sign out. A call or notification carries the project's name and the start of the agent's message (up to 180 characters) through Apple's push service, and shows it on your iPhone, including the lock screen.
- Bridge Pro status. When you subscribe, the app sends Apple's signed record of the purchase to Bridge Cloud, which checks it with Apple and stores the subscription's transaction IDs, the product and when it ends. When the account is deleted, the link between it and the subscription is removed, but the subscription's original transaction ID, and the IDs of any refunded transactions, are kept, so one subscription can't unlock Bridge Pro for more than one account or after a refund.
- Daily usage counts. For the natural voice and photo answers, Bridge Cloud counts how many characters and photos you used each day, to keep within daily limits. Each count expires after 3 days and is deleted automatically soon after.
- Connector sign-ins. If you connect Claude to Bridge, Bridge Cloud keeps the connection's sign-in record for up to 30 days after you last sign in, so Claude stays connected.
- Service logs. Bridge Cloud's logs record errors and events (such as whether a push was delivered) so problems can be fixed. They are deleted after 30 days.
Photos
Photos are taken only when you ask, with your Ray-Ban Meta glasses, and are a Bridge Pro feature. A photo you ask about is sent to Bridge Cloud, answered by a Claude model through Amazon Bedrock on Bridge's Amazon Web Services account, and not stored. A photo you send to one of your agents goes to that agent's task.
Spoken replies
By default, replies are spoken by your iPhone's own voices and nothing leaves the phone to speak them. Natural voice starts off on new installs; if you already heard it with Bridge Pro on Bridge Cloud before the switch was added, it stays on until you turn it off. With Bridge Pro and Natural voice turned on, the text of each reply is sent to Amazon Polly, on Bridge's Amazon Web Services account, to be turned into speech. The text isn't stored; only the character count above is.
The Bridge connector for Claude
If you add Bridge as a connector in Claude, Claude can start tasks for your agents and read their messages, using your Bridge account. What Claude does with that text is governed by Anthropic's terms and privacy policy, under your own Claude account. Deleting your Bridge account disconnects Claude.
Who processes your data
- Amazon Web Services (United States) hosts Bridge Cloud, its database, Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Polly.
- Apple provides Sign in with Apple, speech recognition, push notifications and App Store purchases.
- Sentry receives crash and error reports, below.
- GitHub hosts this website.
Bridge does not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Crash and error reports
When the app crashes, freezes, or a step fails (for example the glasses camera or a call to Bridge Cloud), it sends a report to Sentry, a crash reporting service, under Sentry's privacy policy. A report holds the error, where in the app it happened, the app version, and the iPhone's model, iOS version and state (such as free memory and battery). It holds no name, account, audio, text of what you say, photos or answers, and it is not linked to you. Sentry is set not to store IP addresses. Reports are used only to fix Bridge.
Ray-Ban Meta glasses
The Meta AI app connects the glasses to your iPhone, under Meta's terms. Bridge opts out of the analytics and crash reporting in the Meta Wearables toolkit it uses.
Payments
Bridge Pro subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. Bridge receives Apple's record of the purchase, described above, but never your name, payment card or billing details.
On your iPhone
Your Bridge session is stored in the iPhone Keychain. Your settings stay on the iPhone. If you connect Bridge to a server other than Bridge Cloud, what you say goes to that server instead, and Bridge Cloud receives none of it.
This website
This website has no cookies, analytics or scripts. It is hosted by GitHub Pages, which keeps its own server logs under GitHub's privacy statement.
Deleting your data
In the app's Settings, under Account, tap Delete account. That deletes your account and everything Bridge Cloud stores for it straight away: tasks, inbox messages, push tokens, Bridge Pro status and connector sign-ins. The only things that remain are the daily usage counts until they expire, service logs until they expire, and the subscription transaction IDs, no longer linked to you, as described above. Copies in Bridge Cloud's database backups are overwritten within 35 days. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Bridge Pro subscription; cancel that in iPhone Settings. You can also ask for deletion, or a copy of your data, by email.
Children
Bridge is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
