The app licence

The Bridge iPhone app is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Bridge is published by its independent developer.

Bridge Pro subscriptions

Voice conversations are free. Bridge Pro adds photos from your glasses, a natural cloud voice for replies, and the Ask and Look actions for Shortcuts, at $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year.

• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple Account through the App Store when you confirm the purchase.
• Free trial. Bridge Pro starts with a 1-week free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and is charged at the end of the trial.
• Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation. Cancel any time in iPhone Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Bridge Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

Your Bridge account and Bridge Cloud

Bridge Cloud needs a Bridge account, made with Sign in with Apple. You're responsible for what you ask your agents to do, and for checking a task before you confirm it: Bridge reads every task back before it's sent. Don't use Bridge to break the law, to harm others, or to overload or get around the limits of Bridge Cloud. Bridge Cloud has daily limits on the natural voice and photo answers, to keep the service fair and affordable. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

You can delete your account at any time in the app's Settings, under Account. Deleting it doesn't cancel a Bridge Pro subscription; cancel that in iPhone Settings.

Availability and answers

Bridge Cloud is provided as is. We work to keep it running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and features may change. Answers come from AI models and can be wrong; don't rely on them where a mistake could hurt you, and keep your eyes on the road. To the extent the law allows, Bridge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.

Other services

Bridge works with services governed by their own providers' terms: Apple (Sign in with Apple, speech recognition and the App Store), Amazon Web Services, and, if you use them, Ray-Ban Meta glasses with the Meta AI app, and Claude, when you add Bridge as a connector.

Bridge works with Ray-Ban Meta glasses and works with Claude. Bridge is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, Meta or EssilorLuxottica.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
